Our same-day dispatch service, a testament to our commitment to your seamless shopping experience, ensures that orders placed before noon AEDT Monday – Friday are swiftly processed, promising you a quick turnaround time.

Highgate Beauty offers standard shipping with Australia Post or Sendle couriers for Australia. We try to minimise your cost according to the weight and destination of your products.

All articles are sent with the authority to leave, meaning they can be left at your doorstep if you’re not home. However, if you refuse to accept your delivery or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend that you send your order to another address you know will be handled.

Pier Auge Products are unavailable from France due to the PA France company being liquidated. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all shipping to New Zealand. 

Refunds & Returns

When making a purchase, we would like to encourage you to consider your choice carefully. We can only accept returns for damaged or incorrectly sent items. We kindly ask you to follow the outlined procedures to ensure a smooth return process.

  • Advise us via email within seven days of delivery of the existing problem.
  • Once you’ve received authorisation for a return, please ensure the goods are returned within ten days. They should be adequately protected in the original packaging and include all instructions, accessories, and a copy of the invoice. This will help us process your return more efficiently.
  • We can not be liable for the postage cost of a return or an exchange.
  • If a replacement can not be provided, we will issue a credit note to the value of the returned/damaged goods; this will not include the initial delivery cost.
