All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Highgate Beauty Supplies and the entity reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason. All prices are inclusive of GST.
All orders can only be placed by a person/persons with capacity to contract and have to over the age of 18.(eighteen), if you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) you can not place an order with Highgate Beauty Supplies .
Where applicable, in no event shall Highgate Beauty Supplies or any of it’s subsidiaries or affiliated be liable for any direct or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
Highgate Beauty Supplies will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
