Highgate Beauty offers standard shipping with Australia Post or Sendle couriers for Australia and New Zealand. We try to minimise your cost according to the weight and destination of your products.
All articles are sent with the authority to leave. Suppose you refuse to accept your delivery or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended. In that case, we recommend sending your order to another address you know will be handled.
When sending a parcel outside of Australia, any applicable Customs fees or import duties remain the customer’s responsibility. Could you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on these charges?

International freight cost for weight above 2.5kg will need to be received from the courier before we can advise you of the cost.

Refunds & Returns
Please take care when selecting items for purchase. We will only accept a return in case of a damaged or incorrectly sent item. I would need to follow the following procedures.
- Advise us via email within seven days of delivery of the existing problem.
- After receiving authorisation, the goods must be returned within ten days, adequately protected, in the original packaging, as believed, including all instructions, accessories and copies of the invoice.
- We can not be liable for the postage cost of a return or an exchange.
- If a replacement can not be provided, we will issue a credit note to the value of the returned/damaged goods; this will not include the initial delivery cost.
