Refectocil – Blue Black Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint, 15 ml

For particularly expressive eyes!

Refectocil Eyelash and eyebrow tint No. 2 Blue Black is a black colour with a blue lustre providing additional colour depth to the tinting result

This product comes in a 15 ml tube and must be mixed with a tint activator with 1:1 ratio, i.e: 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of liquid activator or 15 drops of cream activator.

This product is vegan friendly. Ideal to tint eyebrows, eyelashes.

The shade Refectocil No. 2 Blue Black is suitable for clients who wish “somewhat more” than pure black; it goes very well with certain skin types and when using blue eye make-up

Content: 15 ml. Sufficient for approximately 30 applications. Please read the instructions included with packaging for use.
